The Innovate Day Centre is a day centre in the London Borough of Hillingdon. We also ​accept clients from Buckinghamshire, Ealing, Harrow and surrounding areas.

We are a social centre for those with early to mid-stage dementia and other disabilities. We provide daily transport to and from the centre, breakfast, a two course lunch and a vast range of activities to suit all needs as well as group exercise sessions and a monthly Chiropody Clinic.

Our Care Team are passionate about providing a safe and welcoming day centre for our clients.

Our service can also be used to provide daytime respite to carers.
